When will my order ship? |
As much as we would like to, it is not practical to stock every item on our
site. Therefore, when you place an order, we often have to special order your
parts from our suppliers. If your order is placed before 12pm EST it will be processed the same day, if it's after 12pm EST it may or may not be processed until the following business day.
If you select “Standard” shipping and handling, the parts typically take 3-5
business days to get to our warehouse. We ship your order as soon as we receive
everything and it usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you.
“Expedited” orders typically takes two business days to get to us and then two
more business days to get to you.
“Rush” orders are shipped to us and then to you using Next Day Air so it will
still take two business days from when it is processed.

Are these genuine OEM parts? |
Yes. Any part selected through the online microfiche is a brand new, original
equipment part. Of course, aftermarket parts are not OEM, but they are still
new…even the closeouts.

Do you sell used parts? |

Can you ship to an FPO-AE address? |
|
Yes, we will send them to you by US Postal Service. |

Can I cancel my order? |
Yes, but once an order is submitted there will be a 20% cancellation fee if you
choose to cancel it for any reason. However, if you need to cancel a backordered
part, we will not charge you.

Can I change or add something to my order? |
Once you have submitted your order we cannot add anything to it. Also, we cannot combine multiple orders..

I don’t see my vehicle listed on your site anymore, has it been
discontinued? |
Parts for older vehicles are getting harder to obtain from the manufacturers.
While we are constantly working on adding new units to our site, if you don’t
see your vehicle listed, call or email us what you are looking for and we can
check availability for you.
