15-Day return period. Please be sure your return reaches CheapCycleParts.com within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system). Print out the return form and fill it out completely. If form is not filled out completely and legible, then it will be shipped back to you. Please include the form in your package. All returns must be received in original packaging.

Return Authorization Number. You must contact CheapCycleParts.com customer service and request an authorization number. If you do not have an authorization number the return will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
Original packaging must be in good condition. Please include all original packaging in good condition. This includes all original tags, boxes, part numbers, bags, ect. Items must be free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.
Unused condition. CheapCycleParts.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.
Returns on electrical parts. CheapCycleParts.com does not accept
returns on all electrical parts.
Closeout items. CheapCycleParts.com does not accept returns of items purchased on closeout.
Decals, Fasteners, and Chemicals. CheapCycleParts.com does not
accept returns on these items.
Restocking Fees. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all orders that have been processed. We cannot cancel an order once the parts have been ordered from the manufacturer. If you choose to cancel the order there will be a restocking fee.
If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or CheapCycleParts.com, please contact us immediately and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to CheapCycleParts.com.
All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA is issued! Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued.
All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by CheapCycleParts.com Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!
Exhaust systems should be thoroughly inspected for defects in the chrome or other damage before installing onto the bike. If any defects in material or workmanship are detected you must contact us immediately of the defects and wait for further instructions. Once you have installed the pipes they are not returnable unless manufacturing defects are discovered when trying to install them. This does NOT include scratches and blemishes to the chrome, which as stated earlier, must be detected and reported to us BEFORE installation begins.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges
Combined Orders. If you have more than one order placed with CheapCycleParts.com at the same time the orders cannot be combined.
Processing Time. Please be patient while we process your order. Our normal shipping time is 3-5 business days after we receive your order. Expedited shipments will also take us a few days to process. Thank you for your understanding.
Should an item be delayed due to availability you will be notified immediately following your order by e-mail. We will provide you with an ETA if we have one available. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is subject to change.
Please be sure you want something before you order it! We order most parts from our distributors. Once the order is placed by you and ordered from our distributor we cannot cancel the item. You will have to pay a 20% restocking fee.
Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.
