1. How long does shipping normally take?

Standard ground shipping takes 7-10 business days or less anywhere in the continental US.

2. Is there an overnight or second-day-air shipping option?

Currently, we only offer standard ground shipping.

3. What shipping methods are used to ship my package?

We use both the Postal Service, (USPS) and UPS. The shipping department does determine the best Carrier at the time of shipment.

4. For payment options, can I do a wire transfer or set up a monthly billing option?

Not at this time. Currently we will accept any major credit card, debit card or PayPal, and you will need to pay at the time of your order placement every time you place an order.

5. Can I purchase bulk items such as oil, chains, filters, etc. and receive additional discounts?

If you are placing an order with large quantities, we recommend that you contact our Dealer Support Team to check availability and discuss volume discounts

6. Do you charge additional funds for oversized orders?

Any order can be subject to additional shipping fees once it is placed. We calculate shipping using volumetric and weight data and try to charge the actual shipping cost.

7. Who can I contact if I have an issue with my dealer account?

Please contact our Dealer Support Team regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

8. Will I be eligible for additional discounts such as Free Shipping or Holiday promotions?

To offer the best prices possible on OEM parts the dealer only pricing can not be combined with additional discounts such as the free shipping ,special holiday offers, or any other promotions.

9. How long does it take to deliver an order to Canada?

Due to Customs we can not guarantee a specified delivery time. Most customers receive their order in 10-14 business days but Customs can hold a package for many reasons and any delays are out of our control. BRP products cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

11. Can I ship to a US shipping address if I am in Canada?

Yes, you may ship to a US address. Our dealer staff will work with you in this instance to obtain any information required to make this possible and deliver your order as quickly as possible. BRP products cannot be shipped when the intended recipient is outside of the United States.
